Bunratty Shannon Shamrock Hotel Conference and Leisure Centre, LocationBunratty Castle
Bunratty Castle is one of the best surviving examples of an Irish tower house. It is hard to believe that the castle has had a bloody and violent history. Its strategic position on the river Shannon made it the centre of many a battle, and it has it has been destroyed and re-built on at least eight occasions.

Bunratty Folk Park
The Bunratty Folk Park adjoins the castle and aims to show rural and urban life in 19th century. It contains reconstructed farmhouses, cottages and shops and is a living museum, animals are tended, bread is baked, milk is churned, walls are whitewashed and roofs are thatched.

Bunratty Shannon Shamrock Hotel Conference and Leisure Centre, LocationQuin Abbey
Quin Abbey was built in the 15th Century in the tradition of Irish Franciscan Monasteries. It has served as the home of many friars over the years, but it has also served as a place of great conflict. No one has lived in the abbey since 1820, but still serves as a testament to the architecture and design of the early 15th Century.

Cliffs of Moher
One of Ireland's most spectacular sights. Standing 230 m. at their highest point and 8 km. long, the Cliffs boast one of the most amazing views in Ireland.
